Police have released a description and surveillance photos of a person of interest in the slaying of an off-duty Maryland state trooper. Prince George's County Police late Friday said video surveillance cameras at the Applebee's restaurant where 24-year-old Trooper 1st Class Wesley W. Brown was killed early Friday filmed the man.
