We, commit to sponsoring the 2004 Craftsbury True Companion Sled Dog Race, scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2004 with the following:

We agree to provide to Green Mountain Distance Mushers (GMDM):

	In Kind Service(s) as needed
	Cash when funds are available, prior to race date

GMDM agrees to provide the following publicity for our sponsors:

Sponsors at the $100 level or more will be mentioned in pre-event publicity
All sponsors will be thanked publicly during and after the event
GMDM will provide an area at the race for sponsors to display products, banners and printed literature

In the event that the race does not take place due to unforeseen circumstances, the raffle and family activities will still take place on Saturday, January 24, 2004. All raffles, prizes, and in kind services donated will be used and distributed by GMDM. All cash will go toward covering the expenses of the race.
